The sister of Clementine’s Coffee, things are run just as well at this coffeehouse. They picked an area of town that really needed a coffeehouse. In addition to coffee and espresso they serve paninis as well as cold sandwiches. Their iced coffees are actually cold brewed – a process that takes about twelve hours – so you know they care. They also have local beers on tap and wine for sale.

About Metro Espresso

Metro is right across Guadalupe from UT. It’s a two story, glass front espresso bar populated by brushed steel tables and chairs along with some comfortable couches. Many students come into study – but you also have the strange element of people who just hang out on the drag. That said, this is a great place to people watch, especially if you go to the second floor, by the big window – you can see everything that’s going on. For food they have pre-made sandwiches, cookies, and croissants.
