You can now legally sell sex toys in Texas

Texas is slowly allowing people to (legally) explore their sexuality, one overturned law at a time. Back in November 2003, the Texas Supreme Court struck down the law against sodomy, and now the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals has struck down the law that made it a crime to promote or sell sex toys. Both laws were found to violate the right to privacy. The overturn of the sodomy law formed the legal precedent for the overturn of the sex toy law.

Not that anyone let either law dictate their actions in the first place.
