Truluck’s is right in the middle of downtown, and the ambiance reflects this: art-deco architecture, low lights, planted palms. You should dress slick. Monday through Friday from 4pm–7pm you can get all cocktails, beer, and wine for a dollar off, as well as half-price appetizers.
