Seven-year-old boy steals his grandma’s car

Last week seven-year-old Latarian Milton stole his grandma’s Dodge Durango and drove around Florida with another little kid until he eventually totaled the SUV. Why’d he do it, you ask? He wanted to do hoodrat stuff with his friend.
