Super-cheap gourmet food at Texas Culinary Academy’s student-run restaurant
Chefs-in-training both cook food and serve it up at Ventana. Therefore, the food is rather fancy, very delicious and very cheap. The service is awkward because most of the almost-graduated chefs aren’t professional waiters and waitresses, but they’re doing their best so don’t let that bug you.
