About Posse East

Posse East is a beer bar with many regulars, likewise frequented by students of all types. Tables shaded by tattered umbrellas populate the porch. You can play darts, pinball, or borrow a book from their take-one-leave-one library. They have several TVs for game days. (Get there early if you want a comfortable seat on game days — it’s always packed.) The building itself has been there since the 1930s and originally served as a gas station. The beer and food are very reasonably priced, and the service is friendly. It’s a great place to go drink beer when you just don’t feel like going to class — or any other time.
