If you can deal with disappearing waiters, you’re in for some good, cheap authentic Mexican food
Polvos is always packed on the weekends with all sorts of hungry folks. We can’t blame them — Polvos serves excellent interior Mexican food, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Even though the service can be kinda slow and you have to pay for chips and salsa (booo!), you’ll still have a good time. Fajitas are under $10 and can easily be split between two people, which makes for a pretty damn cheap meal (and some extra cash for margaritas). Just don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.
