About Lamberts
Located in the historic J.P. Schneider and Bros building, a former general store now dwarfed by Warehouse District development, Lamberts is a fancy barbecue joint that also hosts quite a bit of live music. Expect upscale ’cue dishes that are smoked or fired in the wood grill – brown sugar and coffee rubbed natural beef brisket, wild Tasmanian salmon, pesto rubbed San Angelo lamb chops, for example – as well as salads, soups, sides, and desserts.
