About Dona Emilia’s
Dona Emilia’s is so good that it breaks our hearts that the food is kind of almost more than we can afford to spend on dinner. Oh, but the coffee-crusted beef tenderloin that comes with the mashed potatoes that have little pieces of poblano pepper in them. Jeez, and the arepas con queso. Ugh… the mojitos and the dessert they light on fire that sends sparks all over the place when they sprinkle sugar on it. Okay, fine — we’ll try to put aside enough cash to treat ourselves to this incredibly delicious restaurant more than just on special occasions. Dona Emilia’s is just too good.

I took my parents to this place and it was a big hit!
Per your suggestion, I tried the coffee-crusted steak and it was excellent. But I really must suggest the Jumbo Shrimp - stuffed with spinach and crab meat, they’re awesome!
