Austin’s East Side gets cooler every day because of places like this
Update: As sad as it is, Azul has closed up shop for good. 11/28/07
Once a rotting, nastified building, the two-story house at the corner of Cesar Chavez and Chicon has been renovated and made into a completely fabulous east-side hangout. Everything on Azul’s menu, from coffee to grilled cheese, and relish trays to sandwiches, is great.
